By purchasing courses from TEP Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.

2. Course Access

2.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) through your registered account.
2.2. Access duration is specified in the course description at the time of purchase.
2.3. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable.

3. Payment and pricing

3.1. All prices are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment must be made in full before accessing course content.
3.3. We accept payment via credit/debit card.
3.4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.5 We do not match prices to past or future discounts that might be offered by the site operators.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. No refunds are offered in cases where the purchaser changes their mind about the purchase, or where the user is unable to access the course due to their inability to meet the access requirements.

4.2 No partial refunds will be offered in cases where access to the the materials is temporarily restricted due to our systems availability.

5. Course content

5.1. All course materials are protected by copyright laws.
5.2. Downloading, sharing, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
5.3. We reserve the right to update course content without notice.

6. Account termination

6.1. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
6.2. No refund will be provided for termination due to policy violations.

7. Technical requirements

7.1. Users are responsible for meeting minimum technical requirements.
7.2. We are not liable for access issues due to user-side technical limitations.

8. Modifications

8.1. These terms may be modified at any time without notice.
8.2. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.
